Greetings once again, I hope everyone had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year. I have a bit of good news, we may now have the software required to continue forth with some of our plans. Now all that is required is some waiting and testing periods before we finally commence with some much awaited projects.

I have to admit though that lately I have had very little time to work on Divine Serenity as I have just finished school and already started working full time, along with other projects that clients have requested of me. My future schedule for this year isn't quite clear yet, hopefully things will start to clear up around February. In the mean time I will be trying to use as much free time as I can to push forward these testing phases.

Greetings once again everyone, not to long until Christmas now and time for some updates. Things are going slow with the Anime Sync project, although thank you to all who have expressed interest in positions, I hope I can remember everyone who did because I lost the list with all the names however I shall post one here in the future with what I remember and people can shoot me a mail if I forgot your interest or perhaps wish to be added.

Now some of you may be wondering, what"s happening to Divine Serenity? Is there anymore development? Why yes there is, I have recently started working on the Web Hosting system, and it will be much better than before with Cpanel and the works. Unfortunately now that we are going fancy it isn't just a free service there is also a paid option which will unlock all the extra goodies, but none the less, free accounts will still be offered with some good deals. Indeed I will continue setting up forums on all accounts for free, so everything will be like before except you'll get the full control panel, webspace etc... As for the completion of all this, well that"s probably a slight issue as having the server host websites isn't going to work without a website to sign up for it and with my time schedule nowadays being fairly short it will take some time to build said website. Website plans are also still in the making so I'm not exactly sure what to offer free & paid customers yet however early free registrations can be made, so please mail/contact me and I'll see what I can do.

I have added the Anime Sync Project page, it will contain all the details on the project for those of you who are interested in the finer details. Currently it has a full article on the job positions being looked for and if you think your qualified shoot me a line on MSN or mail me at bromly AT divine-serenity DOT net. Please take note, in-case you haven't read the previous news article we prefer uses who are applying to having a good English vocabulary, some decent knowledge in actual anime and a certain professionalism with your line of work, that being said however we do not mind other interests as we will base out judgements on experiance and skill, if we see potential in you, you may also still get hired and we will train you. As I was showing the coming soon page at work the other day, it occurred to me that a nice little flash page is somewhat limiting. It also was supposed to be just temporary so I went and made it all picture full, and used a script font for all the content. Now in light of recent events, I have taken the entire thing down to replace it with, you guessed it, this nice little portal site I made. It's not much, and it's not meant to be much but unfortunately things have been going rather slow paced in development of Project Divine Serenity.

Now onto some even better news, Reivalt and Myself have decided to push forward with one of our sub-projects for Divine Serenity, kind of a little backwards but I believe it is the best move. The new project named "Anime Sync", will be an Anime based community, and the continuation of the former Anime Shrine as well as to take over from Anime Gateway. We are currently looking around for users who are interested in having a job here. We are looking for people to fill the following roles...

PR Manager: Takes care of helping out new members, affiliation projects with other sites, gather member feedback/suggestions/opinions and report them to us.
Forum Management: Takes care of organizing the forum, categories and contents.
Member Management: Takes care of member promotions/demotions, bans/perm.bans etc.
Event Manager: Takes care of organizing events and the like
Design and Styling: Takes care of anything related to skinning, graphics and general look & feel.

That all being said, I have already contacted several users of which I know to fill some roles, so even if you do apply the deciding factor will ultimately be your experience and skills. Note, we will not even consider you if your English and grammar is not up to scratch, we would also prefer if you have some knowledge on a variety of Anime however it does not matter.

I'm sure everyone is wondering, what's happening? Why is the site still not open? There is a very simple answer to that question, financial troubles. We were able to do everything cheaply until we realized we needed some more professional items which are expensive. As such we have possible plans to launch our hosting project before everything else in order to earn enough funds to continue.
